CTVI  introduces  a new way
to place service calls using Track-It!

CTVI has recently welcomed the addition of Track-It! -- the word's leading help desk, asset management, and inventory/lan auditing solution from Intuit IT Solutions.  The addition of this software to our company will make life easier for you—the customer, and allow us to deliver higher quality service.

 This is a 100% Web-enabled PC management system which will allow CTVI to:

  • Track outstanding service requests at a moments notice
  • Escalate orders not closed in an expected time frame.
  • Build a  history of completed work orders.
  • Effectively streamline our service to better meet your needs

And allow you, the customer to place work orders and service requests online therefore bypassing time-costly older methods of waiting to get in touch with a representative!  Access to this new system will be provided through our current website http://www.ctvi.com/service
