CTVI Introduces Customer Satisfaction Day
CTVI
will be rolling out a
new
customer satisfaction initiative to our existing customer’s on service
contracts. In the near future, you will be contacted to schedule a
Customer Satisfaction Day.
This will
be a day where CTVI
will interface directly with customers and their employees to improve
satisfaction. A technician will be on hand to evaluate performance
improvement.
You will
also have the opportunity to be retrained on the products you purchased
from CTVI.
At this opportunity, you will also be trained on the
Track-it!
software which will enable a designated employee from your company to
place and track service tickets via the web.
