CTVI opened a new office at 224 West 35th Street, suite 600.  Using our prowess in technology, we are using many of the services we offer to our customers. 

• A VPN with Cisco routers from site to site.

• A IP tunne/private line through the Xchange Telecom network with no  vpn for VOIP.

• An NEC based VOIP phone system to connect the two offices.  For example: if you call Alex in Brooklyn, his phone rings also at the NYC office at the same time.

• A Terminal server to the Brooklyn office for our back office accounting.

• A Microsoft Exchange server in Brooklyn accessible over the WAN.

• A firewall built into the Cisco router enabling split routing.

• An Enterprise Symantec virus protection server in Brooklyn.

• Communication with Blackberry device, corresponding through exchange email.

• Nextel Instant Connect - Phenomenal ability to be in instant and constant contact with all staff members.
