Callware is a leader in the CTI field with unified messaging. It's visual voicemail includes fax and email integration.

Video Conferencing
CTVI has selected Polycom as its preferred choice for Video Conferencing. CTVI has a certified Polycom technician on staff to install the Viewpoint, the FX and VS4000 Polycom video conferencing units. The Polycom product range includes full scale video to desk top video conferencing and audio conferencing units.

Intranet and Internet
CTVI installs and maintain Novell or NT operating systems. CTVI will also integrate the network with the telephone, fax or Internet. CTVI installs Internet access with Email and Ecommerce. CTVI will program the Cisco routers, install the firewall and order Internet connection.
